win 77I recently bought a refurbished 2022 Hp Envy. I am trying to update to windows 11 but the percentage has been stuck at 77%. I've already tried everything from troubleshooting,QuickTime 7 is for use with Windows Vista or Windows 7. If installed on other versions of Windows, it may not offer full functionality.
